Castlemilk Stress Centre has been delivering stress management services across Castlemilk for over 12 years. We are a non profit making organisation, limited by guarentee and registered as a Scottish Charity. Our staff are fully qualified professionals, very experienced in the delivery of therapies including Aromatherapy, Reiki and Reflexology. Our range of flexible Stress Management Services are tailored to the needs of individuals and groups. Dedicated services are provided to people with mental health problems, addiction issues and for children and young people. Although the Centre retains it`s very strong community routes, we have diversified our services throughout the South East of Glasgow and beyond.Castlemilk Stress Centre is committed to providing a range of quality services to enable people to live happier, healthier lives.

Over the last 2 years we have successfully introduced training within the centre covering the following courses: STEPS, Stress Management, Reiki 1, Reiki 2, Introduction to Aromatherapy/Reflexology all accredited by ILA Scotland. We also run leisure courses in Relaxation and Yoga.
